Welcome to 311 Trois Cent Onze is an elegant French Dining Room in the heart of Old San Juan, Puerto Rico. While walking trough the SoFo district you can’t miss 311 Restaurant’s landmark building at 311 Fortaleza Street with the delicate Andalusian-style iron rosette above the door.

Once you enter the door of Trois Cent Onze you will notice the tasteful European flare with the accent of the Moorish-Andalusian tile-work, one of the most beautiful in San Juan's old town. It was discovered under the layers of later coverings by the French – Puerto Rican owners, Sylma Pèrez and Christophe Gourdain while renovating the building, and become a part of the refined eclectic décor.

The sophisticated yet intimate ambience is just a prelude to the pleasures of the exquisite cuisine complimented by extensive and carefully selected wine cellar.

Cuisine

311's Kitchen is headed by the renowned Chef Juan Peña, formerly from the Ritz Carlton. His passion and culinary mastery has brought him many international and local awards including the Bronze fork from the 'El NUEVO DIA', Hall of Fame Award from TABLE magazine, the 'Best in San Juan' from the SAN JUAN STAR, Award of Excellence from the 'WINE SPECTATOR MAGAZINE' and more. Chef Pena's cuisine is refined, delicate yet full of flavors of what France's culinary art has best to offer.

Today, for our greatest pleasure, wines of quality are available in various types, styles and colors, from numerous origins (France, Spain, California, Oregon, Italy, Chile, New Zealand, Australia& , to only name a few) around the world.

311 Trois Cent Onze is centered around two main pools of attraction, its food and its wines.
For this reason, and because we believe that there is no better compliment to a well executed dish than its corresponding wine, we like to regularly feature wine pairing dinners.

In such events we marry well crafted wines from around the world to our always innovative cuisine, and have vintners, patrons and friends alike judging and commenting on the pairings.

The Restaurant

311 is open for Lunch and Dinner from Monday through Friday and for dinner on Saturday.
We're closed on Sunday.
The catering branch of our award winning restaurant 311 Trois Cent Onze offers different alternatives for all your corporate or private activities, from as little as 10 guests to as many as hundreds
The Dining Room host approximately 65 people for a sit down diner and 110 for buffet activity.
