Trois Cent Onze (311)Welcome to 311 Trois Cent Onze is an elegant French Dining Room in the heart of Old San Juan, Puerto Rico. While walking trough the SoFo district you can’t miss 311 Restaurant’s landmark building at 311 Fortaleza Street with the delicate Andalusian-style iron rosette above the door. Once you enter the door of Trois Cent Onze you will notice the tasteful European flare with the accent of the Moorish-Andalusian tile-work, one of the most beautiful in San Juan's old town. It was discovered under the layers of later coverings by the French – Puerto Rican owners, Sylma Pèrez and Christophe Gourdain while renovating the building, and become a part of the refined eclectic décor. The sophisticated yet intimate ambience is just a prelude to the pleasures of the exquisite cuisine complimented by extensive and carefully selected wine cellar.
